I'm looking for a neighborhood in San Diego where I can walk and trick or treat with my family. We live in North Park, but it's not very festive. We'd like to walk, get a lot of candy, and see some beautiful decorations.

I was walking along the jetty in Mission Beach and I saw a unmanned vehicle floating in the water. It looks like something Scripps is using. I'm curious to know what it is.

I'm considering going back to community college to finish my AA in philosophy, but I'm worried about my university's approval and potential risks to my spot at the 4-year university. I want to swap majors and continue my education there, but I don't want to pay university tuition for lower-division work.

My local Target has a small selection and the strollers are on display platforms, not something I can actually push around. I've been wondering why In-N-Out doesn't have a location in downtown San Diego, given the large population in the area. I've mapped out the locations of all 23 In-N-Outs in the county and found that the biggest gap is in central San Diego, where there are at least 104,000 people.

I'm planning a first long stay in San Diego with two kids (6 & 8) and I'm concerned about sneaker waves coming up out of nowhere while we're on the beach, making sand castles, looking in tide pools, etc. Do I need to worry about rip currents when the tide is coming in or going out?

I went to drop off some donations at Goodwill on the corner of Balboa and Clairemont Drive. The entire corner is fenced off so no access is available to any of the businesses that are located there. Does anyone know what is going on there?

I ride this section of University as my morning commute and there are multiple people parked there to pick up their coffee. I've talked to the Better Buzz security guards and they said the patrons don't listen to them when they ask them to not park there.
