What's going on at the Goodwill on Balboa and Clairemont Drive?

I went to drop off some donations at Goodwill on the corner of Balboa and Clairemont Drive. The entire corner is fenced off so no access is available to any of the businesses that are located there. Does anyone know what is going on there?
