I'm looking for a neighborhood in San Diego where I can walk and trick or treat with my family. We live in North Park, but it's not very festive. We'd like to walk, get a lot of candy, and see some beautiful decorations.

Normal Heights or South Park are great options. They have a lot of decorated houses and a lively atmosphere.

Eastlake is a great choice. We really go all out with the decorations, and the cul-de-sacs all connect, making it easy to trick or treat.
