Estudié Relaciones Internacionales y me gradué con una tesina sobre la trata de menores con fines de explotación sexual en América Latina, desde entonces he participado activamente en diferentes ONG's para contrarrestar este fenómeno a la par de luchar por prevenir el Abuso Sexual Infantil. También me he formado como coach Ontológico, coach menstrual y de acompañamiento en sexualidad consciente. Esto me ha permitido contribuir como activista en temas como el derecho a lactancia, el derecho a tener embarazos y partos libres de violencia obstétrica, el derecho a vivir menstruaciones sanas y libres de violencia y pobreza en todas las etapas de la mujer, así como a promover programas para adolescentes en los que se les acompañe a vivir una sexualidad de manera consciente para fortalecer su amor propio, evitar embarazos adolescentes y enfermedades de transmisión sexual. Te comparto parte de mi historia como activista porque fui elegida para participar como delegada voluntaria en la 70° Sesión de la Comisión de la Condición Jurídica y Social de la Mujer (CSW) a llevarse a cabo del 9 al 19 de marzo en Nueva York. Asistiré acreditada por una ONG canadiense, sin embargo ellos no cubren mis gastos de vuelos, hospedaje y comidas, por lo que estoy generando esta campaña de recaudación de fondos para poder cumplir este sueño. Además de mis viáticos personales requiero costear los gastos del cuidado de mis hijos quienes se quedarán al cuidado de una amiga en Playa del Carmen en donde actualmente vivimos.
