I've been getting charged late fees on my water bills, even though I pay before the due date. The bill shows that it's late, but when I call or chat, they say the late fee will be refunded. I'm wondering if they're just charging these hoping people are on auto pay and don't notice.

I'm flying out of Hobby Airport for the first time and I'm going solo. I have a lot of anxiety about it, so I'm trying to prepare myself for the TSA experience. I think I'm good with packing, but I'm not sure what to expect at the airport.

I used to go here 15-18 years ago with my then girlfriend and it was a pretty good place. I recently moved back to Houston and I went to Marfreless earlier in the evening today with my wife super excited in anticipation.

I've grown up in inner city Houston and I'm constantly asked where I'm from. People from other southern states can't figure out where I'm from, and some even think I'm British. I have a general American accent with some southern pronunciations, but it's not as distinct as I thought it would be. People from Richmond, Sugar land, and Kingwood have a stronger southern twang.

I've been driving by Addicks Reservoir and caught a glimpse of some medium-sized animals that looked like deer but had dark fur. They were drinking from the water and seemed calm. I'm wondering if there are any resources that list the known animals in the area. My best guess is that they might be boars or donkeys, but I'm leaning towards donkeys because of their body shape.

I'm going to see Perfect Circle next May and I want to know what to expect for the weather. We'll be under the cover, not on the lawn, and the concert is at 8pm. I've been to the pavilion last summer for Buzz Fest and we sat on the lawn, which was a bit miserable. There was free seating while the openers were playing earlier in the day, and we sat under the cover during that time, and I don't remember the temperature being too awful. Can anyone share what their experience was like at a similar time of year and day?

I have a dog that's a mix of lab and another breed, medium size, and he's been injured and is now double amputated. He's been more aggressive than usual and I'm worried about his health. I'm considering surrendering him to a shelter, but I'm not sure if they can help him. I'm looking for a charity that can take him in and provide the necessary care and surgery.
