I have a couple hundred records I'm hoping could be enough to cover cost of an emergency move. My landlord is turning control over to a property management company that is raising our rent over $200. I need to get the absolute most possible.

I'm writing a game where your whole life happens through phone notifications, and I'm having trouble figuring out what a typical mom text looks like in Houston.

I take the bus everywhere and it's rarely a short trip. When I go to the gym for example I like to roll 3 or 4, and there aren't really any hidden places to smoke. I've eaten a couple in fact because of cops. But would they really care in Harris County? After fighting that case last year in Montgomery County and finding most of the inmates in that court room were there for small possession charges I guess I'm a little nervous about it, but I see Houstonians smoking in public all the time.

I'm having trouble finding information about the upcoming election for Fort Bend Independent School District trustee positions and the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District Board of Directors. Can anyone recommend some reliable sources to learn more about the candidates and their positions?

I'm trying to find a way to surrender a stray dog to BARC in Houston, but their online appointment system is booked and 311 can't give me an estimated wait time. I was told not to just take the dog to the shelter, but I need to do something soon.

I'm dropping off and picking up people for a concert at Toyota Center tonight and I don't want to drive back and forth. I live north and I'd like to find a place to hang out and do a bit of work while I wait. It doesn't have to be right near the venue but not an hour away either.

I'll be in Houston for a work trip the beginning of November. I'll be flying to Hobby airport and working at a hotel in downtown. Should I just take an Uber from the airport or will I be safe taking public transportation?

I'm frustrated because I want to make misdemeanor marijuana possession a low priority and don't like no-knock warrants, but they're tied together on the ballot. Can't they be separate issues?

I love trying new donuts, especially when they're from Asian owned shops. They all seem to have the same kinds of pastries and drinks, and they all come in those iconic pink boxes. Are all these shops connected somehow?
