Dolce Arancia - Italian Restaurant in Ubud Bali opened in December 2012 and has been serving authentic Italian dishes since then. Run by Balinese Yudi and Swiss-Italian Stefano we have made the choice of not comprising our cuisine with any touristic change, and stick to original recipes of the Italian tradition, with some of our dishes coming directly from the knowledge of our Nonna Tina (grandma Tina) such as the Parmigiana di Melanzane and the Spaghetti alle Vongole. Pizza maker champion Benedetta Bonci has instructed our staff on how to make one the best dough on the island, light and easy to digest.
