Ashtanga Yoga Puerto Rico has been a community leader in Puerto Rico for over 20 years. Our shala is open 7 days a week with a variety of class levels from beginner to advanced Ashtanga Yoga. This includes Rocket Vinyasa Yoga for a fun and more intensive practice. We also offer Yin Restorative & Yoga Nidra for relaxation
Our shala is full of natural light and fresh air that flows through our windows. During classes, we like to let the natural Caribbean heat build and bring our bodies into deep cleansing.
All studio teachers are certified and passionate about sharing their love of yoga with fellow students and practitioners. We hope you will consider our shala as your own special place to share the love of Ashtanga Yoga in Puerto Rico.
