Yoga Los Sueños | Sayulita

Yoga Los Suenos is the yoga program that operates inside of the beautiful Hotelito Los Sueños Sayulita. We offer daily public yoga classes suitable for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced.
We have two beautiful open-air studios with great views and palapa rooftops so class goes on rain or shine. Our large studio can hold up to 60 people, and our secondary studio is perfect for groups of up to 20. Having two studios means we always have a studio that can be rented for retreats or private classes.
Mats and blocks are available, but you are always welcome to bring your own props. Both studio floors are specially-designed rubberized floors, which provide more cushioning. Props and floors are cleaned and sterilized daily.
