Ashtanga Yoga Puerto Rico has been a community leader in Puerto Rico for over 20 years. Our shala is open 7 days a week with many class levels from beginner to advanced Ashtanga Yoga. This includes Rocket Vinyasa Yoga for a fun and more intensive practice. We also offer Yin Restorative & Yoga Nidra for relaxation

Our shala is full of natural light and fresh air that flows through our windows. During classes, we like to let the natural Caribbean heat build and bring our bodies into deep cleansing.
