I've been using the Dalhousie station shelter, and the heaters haven't been working since the beginning of the year. It's getting cold, and I'm worried about people sleeping there.

I think they don't turn on the heat until it's quite chilly outside, around -10°C. That's when you might start seeing some warmth.
