I'm desperately seeking help with someone who is well versed in dog separation anxiety. I've tried a couple of trainers but to no avail. If I could be pointed in the right direction, I'd be thankful.

I experimented with various trainers, but their methods didn't work for me. After a year of trying, I decided to combine medication with a specific training approach. I used a book from a well-known author and worked with a plan created by a language model. To understand my dog's behavior, I observed her through a Furbo camera, noting her baseline and warning signs before she became anxious. I then gradually increased the time I left her alone, taking into account the changing circumstances around me.

A helpful resource for addressing separation anxiety is a book written by a well-known author. There's also an online community where people share their experiences and offer advice. Each dog is unique, but this book provides a solid starting point for understanding their needs.

My dog suffered from severe separation anxiety. A combination of a specific book, an online program, and medication helped alleviate her symptoms. The program allowed me to submit videos for expert feedback, which was invaluable in our training process. The methods used in the program were effective in restoring our quality of life.

We also found this book to be incredibly helpful. With its guidance, our dog progressed from being able to tolerate only 10 seconds of alone time to being able to stay calm for 7-8 hours when needed. After trying several trainers who employed ineffective methods, we finally found a approach that worked for us.

We worked with a professional trainer specializing in reactive training, but she still exhibited separation anxiety.

In addition to professional training, a visit to the vet can be beneficial in addressing separation anxiety.

We've never encountered separation anxiety in our dogs, but we can recommend an excellent dog trainer who works with a range of issues and is highly effective with both dogs and their owners. She has a strong understanding of canine behavior and is able to adapt her training methods to meet the needs of each dog and their family.
