PC Express problems??

I've been having issues with PC Express for the third week in a row. My groceries are coming at any time instead of within the window I was given. I've called the store and they keep saying our groceries are coming next, but they're having software issues. I'm starting to wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

I've experienced frustrating delivery times, often leaving drivers waiting for over an hour to collect my groceries, which can't be easy for them.

When mistakes occur, I show my appreciation for the drivers by tipping them extra in cash when they arrive, which is unfortunate since it's not their fault.

As a PCX worker, the issue starts with not enough staff and poor equipment. Items aren't gathered into the department area in time, and they're left in temporary storage containers. This leads to a mess of cardboard boxes, indoor traffic jams of carts, and haphazardly thrown items into boxes.

As an Ex-Pcx worker, my store has gone to shit. We don't have enough staff for the amount of orders, and almost a third of the staff are teens/young adults who don't give a damn half the time. Any complaints we give to management fall on deaf ears.
