What are the top quiet backup generators for neighborhoods with noise restrictions?

I'm a retired resident looking for backup power for my Toronto home, specifically to keep my fridge, Wi-Fi, lights, and gas furnace blower running during outages. I need something quiet enough to meet my neighbourhood's 45 dBA overnight limit, and I'm considering both generators and battery backup options. I've already looked at the Honda EU2200i and the TITAN Classic, but I need more information on their noise levels and capacity to meet my needs.

A snowstorm is unlikely to be a concern for noise complaints. Bylaw officials will have more pressing matters to attend to.

If possible, place the item in a thermally insulated box on a rubber base. This setup can significantly reduce noise levels.

A Tesla Powerwall or comparable energy storage system can easily power a fridge and a non-electric furnace. It also offers cost savings by allowing you to charge at overnight rates and discharge during the day. This system operates silently.

I've considered the Biolite solar generator. A nearby household purchased one a couple of years ago and has been very satisfied with it. This device is quiet and can be safely used indoors.
