I'm looking for in-person crafting workshops in Toronto to learn about making keychains, bracelets, and beads accessories, having never been crafty or creative before.

The Toronto library has lots of free crafting nights and workshops, they might have what you're looking for, and there's also HobbyHub which has beginner-friendly craft workshops.

Seconding the library, there are 100 libraries in the city, and most of them have craft events, some even have weekly craft nights, and community centers offer programs for learning crafts, like a friend of mine who teaches jewelry.

I've been attending a few meetups lately, including one at the Textile Museum on Queen West. They offer free admission and demos of various crafts, as well as events at the Toronto Stitcher and Chatters and TCKC.
