I am Javi, I am from Costa Rica, actually I live in Tamarindo and I teach from my heart, meditation, yoga and sound bath beach front. Spending time outside sends signals to the brain that the body is back in its native environment and recalibrates itself to stay alert. The grass, the ocean, the trees are all part of our primeval world.
