Founded and operated by Rosewood Mayakoba under the leadership of Chef Juan Pablo Loza in collaboration with hospitality and cocktail experts Alberto Gonzalez and Jose Luis Leon. Zapote is a day-to-night destination that offers gracious service, inspired food and quality cocktails using Mayan ingredients, tools, and techniques. The experience is a journey of innovative flavors representing the very best of sophisticated Mexican artisanship and the conviviality of hacienda culture in a luxurious setting.
Zapote Bar is located at Rosewood Mayakoba, 12 minutes north of Playa del Carmen.
