Can my parent register my phone line if they already have one registered?

My father already has his phone line registered, and I'm wondering if he can register mine for me. I've heard that someone registered their kids' lines to avoid registering them themselves, but I'm not sure if this would cause problems when I try to register for apps or services that require my phone number, or if I can change the owner of the line later.

Yes, another person can register your line.

One person can register up to 10 lines, and if you're under 18, it's required that your parents register your line in their name. If they register the line in their name, you can disassociate and reassociate it with another CURP at any time, at least in theory.
