I'm moving out of my Calgary rental and my lease requires professional steam cleaning, but the carpet is already clean with no significant stains or damage.

If you signed a contract promising to keep the unit clean, you might be required to pay for professional steam cleaning. To get a better idea of the cost, it's a good idea to reach out to cleaning services for quotes. If the unit is indeed clean, the cost shouldn't be too high.

If you want to know if something in your lease is enforceable, you can contact the RTDRS office directly to ask for clarification.
