Bears fans tailgate in the Greyhound Station parking lot. It's a convenient spot for fans taking MARTA down from Dunwoody, and it's likely to be filled with fellow Bears supporters. If you're looking to hang out with other fans and pregame before the game, this is a good place to check out.

House of Hookah on 14th street may be your spot. It's chill and I don't think they have alcohol. It's also next door to a mosque so has a decent amount of the habibi crowd every time I've been there.

Levi's store has better quality Levi's than the mega stores, with a clear difference in quality visible by looking at the back tag. Bad Levi's use thick cardboard for the patch while better Levi's use leather. They have lots of big baggy styles right now too, but keep in mind that they are more expensive than what you'd find at mega stores, and even more expensive online.
