House of Hookah on 14th street may be your spot. It's chill and I don't think they have alcohol. It's also next door to a mosque so has a decent amount of the habibi crowd every time I've been there.

Bad Levi's use thick cardboard for the patch while better Levi's use leather. They have lots of big baggy styles right now too, but keep in mind that they are more expensive than what you'd find at mega stores, and even more expensive online.
