Con 23 años de experiencia como instructora certificada y Teacher Trainer de Alves Pilates México, estoy aquí para ofrecerte una variedad de clases que se adaptan a todas tus necesidades: reformer, mat, tower, chair, spine corrector, ladder barrel y Cadillac. Desde que abrimos en 2015, seguimos los principios holísticos del método Pilates para ayudarte a alcanzar tus objetivos de bienestar.
