I'm driving by the lot that's west of Deer Valley and I see a fence going up, but I have no idea what they're building. I just want to know what's happening in my neighborhood.

It's designated as Superblock 8, I think that's what the city calls it. I've seen some plans floating around online, but I'm not sure if they're up to date or accurate.
