Problems with Grupo Silaba?

I've had a few issues with my car after buying it from Grupo Silaba, including problems with the maintenance, scratches on the car, and faulty parts. They're also promoting the new model of my car as if it's a good idea. Has anyone else had a bad experience with them?

When I had a car from them the only good thing was the price of the parts, I'm not sure if they still offer that now

I think the only good brand they sell is Mazda, it's sad that Mazda is associated with them

I've had no problems with Subaru, they're very reliable cars and the agency isn't as bad

I think Subaru is now sold by a different dealership, I don't know much about it except the name (Subaru del Canal)

I bought a car from them in 2016 and had no issues, it's still running and I even gave it to my brother during the pandemic, so I don't know what's changed

I think you have a point, the car itself is good, but the overall experience is marred by poor service, leaving a negative impression that can taint one's opinion of the vehicle.

All cars are good if you take care of them properly, I've had a great experience with Grupo Silaba in the past, they even replaced my engine in warranty for a manufacturing defect and the service was 10/10
