El Nido (The Nest) is an outdoor yoga studio that sits high up in the trees. It features a teak floor and sugar cane ceiling with ceiling fans and a full supply of yoga mats and props. It is meant to be a safe haven from daily life; a chance to unwind, look inwards and strengthen the body, mind and spirit.
Heidi Blackman is the owner and primary yoga instructor. She is a SmartFlow certified teacher who has been teaching for over 10 years and practicing yoga for over 20 years. She teaches alignment-based vinyasa yoga classes that are straightforward, challenging and centering.
