After heavy rain, give the bayou trails a day before you walk them

After a heavy rain I stay off the bayou trails for a day. Flooding here is real and the water does not leave when the sky clears. Low parts of a trail can stay wet or closed while the rest of the city looks fine. I check the sky, then I check the ground, then I go the next day. It costs me one walk, and nothing else.
