New Indian Cuisine Spot Opening in Sugar Land Town Square

Majestic Kitchen, a new Indian restaurant inspired by a beloved local spot, is set to open in Sugar Land Town Square. The 130-seat establishment, led by Executive Chef Dipak Aryal, will feature a one-of-a-kind Majestic Pasta and other signature dishes, including the Maharaja Lamb. The restaurant, which opened in partnership with Majestic Developers, is expected to welcome guests starting October 17.

The restaurant is inspired by Mahesh Kitchen, which previously occupied the space and was frequented by Majestic Kitchen owner Santosh Cividi, his wife Supraja, and their family. Cividi said his son especially loved the food and often asked for the dishes he remembered.

‘Majestic Kitchen really began with family,’ Cividi said. ‘My son loved the food, and that connection stayed with us. As we began thinking about what the restaurant could become, the vision grew. We wanted to create a place that celebrates the beauty of India, its food, its hospitality, and the experience of gathering together.’

Cividi is also the founder and CEO of Majestic Developers, a Texas-based development company focused on creating communities across the state.

The Majestic Kitchen will offer a curated cocktail menu and is expected to attract a diverse clientele, including expats and digital nomads who are frequent visitors to Sugar Land Town Square.
