I've tried explaining my issue several times to Chat bot (personal agent) and all it does is keep repeating the same generic steps. When I say, “I need a human agent,” it actually stops letting me type and forces me to choose from a random list of issues!

We've been working with this business for a long time. Recently, they made some personnel changes. One of the new ones (South Asian, we'll call him S.A.) reached out to our boss regarding a huge order. Naturally, we helped them secure it by working on samples for their approval to their client, over the course of a month. Together, they finalized on all aspects of the deal. One final thing remained. Just before the work was to start, their Operations Manager (apparently Brit, let's call him Mr. B) was supposed to visit our premises, have a meeting and give the go ahead. We had agreed to the time and date as well. On that same fateful day, my boss had to drop a dear friend to the Sharjah Airport. While on the way to the office, he encountered some traffic on the way back due to an accident, that caused him to get stuck. Meanwhile Mr. B showed up around the agreed time. My boss asked him to wait instead of rescheduling, hoping the traffic would clear up and he'd make it since he wasn't that far. 20-30 minutes went by. My boss called me, explaining the situation and asking me to get there ASAP. By the time I did, Mr. B had already left. My boss called him but he said he had left & was

I've been trying to pass the parking exam at the RTA in Dubai for 6 times now, always in the garage. I've taken extra classes and tried my best, but it's not working out. I feel frustrated and my husband just made it worse by being very hurtful.

I'm a retired person living in Dubai, looking for low-key Sunday routines and hobbies in JLT that go beyond the usual café, mall, or restaurant visits. I'm curious to hear how others who work a lot during the week spend their Sundays.

I'm looking for a reliable and safe option for facial electrolysis in Dubai, after a bad experience with Ann's skin clinic. I spent over 10,000 AED and ended up with more hair and scar bruises. I'm wondering if anyone has had a positive experience with any clinics in Dubai.

I was walking my small senior dog in Dubai and an off-leash dog ran towards us. I had to pick up my dog to protect him and twisted my ankle. I don't want to confront the owner, but I want them to keep their dog on a leash.

I'm an accountant in Dubai, working with newcomers, and I'm looking for a custom lithium ion battery manufacturer to replace a specific battery pack for a head light I wear at work. I've tried contacting electronics shops and bigger battery companies, but they can't help with small batteries or customisation. I need two cells that can be connected with a 3-pin connector, and the specs are 7.2V DC, 3400mAh, 24.5Wh, with dimensions 65 x 36 x 18mm.

I'm planning to move to South Africa with my kitten and I'm looking for advice on traveling with them from Dubai. I've heard horror stories about some airlines, but I've heard Emirates is a good option. I also considered flying with Etihad, but they don't go to my final destination. Can anyone share their experience with traveling with cats from Dubai, specifically with Emirates or Etihad?

I've been a UAE resident since 2025 and travel frequently to Dubai. Lately, when flying from India to Dubai with Emirates, I've been having issues with the check-in process due to my residency status. They say I need approval from UAE immigration before I can board, which takes around 40 minutes to an hour. This doesn't happen when I enter or exit the UAE through the e-gates. My residency is valid until 2027. Has anyone experienced similar issues or knows what might be causing this? If so, were you able to get it resolved permanently?

I'm a parent of three young kids and I've noticed that hotel and staycation packages for families of five are often very expensive. I've been looking at Warner Bros. World hotel packages and similar UAE staycations, but the prices seem to double when I add my third child to the booking. Are there any tips or tricks for booking hotels that can accommodate families of five without breaking the bank?
