I'm a parent of three young kids and I've noticed that hotel and staycation packages for families of five are often very expensive. I've been looking at Warner Bros. World hotel packages and similar UAE staycations, but the prices seem to double when I add my third child to the booking. Are there any tips or tricks for booking hotels that can accommodate families of five without breaking the bank?

I'm a Dubai resident looking to rent a property and I've been approached by a real estate agent who wants me to pay the agency fee in cash and transfer half of the deposit to the landlord's account before Ejari registration. I've already given him a holding deposit to stop showing the flat to others, but I'm unsure if this is a standard procedure in Dubai's real estate market.
