I've been here for a while and there's been a lot of talk about an apparent 'Super El Niño' that will cause huge disasters. Yet it's November, and the weather is still rainy and cloudy. So what exactly is different to the weather we always have?

I've been prescribed tirzepatide in my home country, but I'm worried I'll run out before my trip to Cambodia. I've heard Japan allows for a month's supply, but my total trip is 6-8 weeks.
