I've noticed people playing loud music from their phones at the scenic overlooks in LA, especially around Mulholland. It's ruining the peaceful atmosphere and making it hard for me to enjoy the views. I'm wondering if others agree with me that this is bad etiquette.

It's trashy, low-IQ behavior. Confronting these people is a bad idea, though - they can fly into a violent rage quickly.

Playing loud music from a phone in public areas is a thoughtless act. Whether it's music, video, or a speakerphone call, it's essential to be considerate of others and use headphones instead of disturbing the surroundings.
