What is the castle-like structure in Da Nang?

I've seen this castle-like structure near the beach, but I'm not sure what it is. I know the beachside is a nightclub and massage space, but what about the opposite end where the castle-like structures are? Is it all the nightclub or is there something else there?

This Da Nang location was once a spa, not a castle.
