What was that colorful object in the sky last night between MIA and OPF?

I was in Midtown around 9 PM last night and saw something in the sky that looked like it wasn't moving, with blue, red, and white coloring. It was visible by the naked eye for a while, then also with optics. I checked Flightradar and didn't see any plane in the area.
