Best car rental company in Warsaw for foreigners?

I'm a Ukrainian expat living in Warsaw, looking to rent a car for the first time. I need a company that allows cross-border travel to other EU countries with minimal restrictions and transparent pricing.

I'd recommend a car rental company at the airport. They offer a wide selection of vehicles, and the staff is generally helpful and communicates clearly.

Any international car rental company, like Hertz, Sixt, or Avis, will work fine. Their price lists are transparent. The only company I'd suggest avoiding is Europcar at Warsaw airport - their customer service is really bad.

It appears that customer service is consistently poor across the company's international locations.

Actually, it's not true that Europcar is bad everywhere. I've had good experiences with them in other European countries for business purposes.

Enterprise in Varso Tower is a good option. You'll need your passport and a Polish or international driver's license. There will be a fee to take the car outside of Poland.

Enterprise at the airport is really good. I've used the one there.

I've had good experiences with The Partners Warszawa. They're easy-going, have simple rules, and are cheap. I've rented an Auris from them a couple of times.

I've found some no-name companies, especially CarWizz at Okęcie, to be surprisingly good and cheaper than Avis or Hertz. Just be aware that there are surcharges for drivers under 25.
