My mom strained both her wrists and the hospital quote for a closed reduction is 51 Million IDR. Is this normal?

I'm not convinced the quote is genuine. It seems unusual for a hospital to lack a clear header.

Everything seems reasonable except the surgery team part. I've had procedures done here and the costs were much lower than this.
