These two projects, currently advertised on Facebook, are under judicial and administrative scrutiny, putting potential buyers at risk.

The developments, located in the municipality of Tulum, are flagged for not complying with the state's Law of Human Settlements, Territorial Planning and Urban Development, its Law of Urban Actions, and its Law of Condominium Property. Sedetus has warned that engaging in any transaction with these projects could result in contributing to crimes against urban development and jeopardizing personal assets.
