Queen West is about to become a treasure hunter’s paradise as Vintage Mrkt returns for its by-the-pound pop-up market this weekend. From Friday to Sunday, you can score vintage treasures for just $5 a pound, making it the perfect opportunity for those with an eye for unique finds and a love for a good bargain.

The market will take over the spacious It’s Ok* Studios, with a wide variety of vintage clothing and accessories from all eras and sizes. The earlier you arrive, the better, as the market fills up fast, with re-entry allowed after a 30-minute break. Be prepared for long lines, but the reward of finding that perfect piece is worth the effort.

While most items are priced at $5 per pound, there are a few exceptions: belts for $2, purses for $10, hats for $5, shoes for $10 a pair, and scarves for $3 each. Baby clothing is also available for $5 a piece. If you miss out this weekend, there are other by-the-pound markets in Toronto, such as the one on Orfus Road, to explore.
