'I wanted to give back to the community and open a space that would be a gathering place,' he shares. The menu will feature a variety of dishes like a Reuben spring roll, knishes stuffed with chicken, and a reimagined gefilte fish with Chinese influences.

The pastrami, a standout dish, will be made in-house, seasoned with kombu and Chinese peppercorns, reflecting the fusion of cultures. The drink program will also play on classic cocktails with a Jewish twist, offering both adults and families a range of options.
