Picnic Island

Picnic Island is a great little park that's not very busy and has great views of downtown Tampa.

It's also a must-play for out-of-state people, with a few holes using the Bay as an out-of-bounds line. The course is fun and competitive, but be aware that it can be a challenge to play at dusk due to mosquitoes and no-see-ums.
