Country Star Thomas Rhett to Rock Tampa Pig Jig This October
Country music fans in Tampa have a treat coming up this October, as the country superstar Thomas Rhett is set to headline the annual Tampa Pig Jig festival. This 15th edition of the event will take place on October 17 at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park, and it promises to be a fantastic celebration of music, food, and philanthropy.

Rhett, who has racked up 25 No. 1 hits and numerous awards, including eight ACM Awards, two CMA Awards, and five Grammy nominations, will bring his latest album, About A Woman, to the stage. The lineup also includes Grammy-nominated trio Midland, acclaimed singer-songwriter Kameron Marlowe, Gainesville-based band Sister Hazel, and up-and-coming country singer Cassidy Daniels. While the music is a major draw, the festival also offers great barbecue and other food and drink options.
Under the surface, Tampa Pig Jig is a philanthropic event that raises money for NephCure, the only nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting research, improving treatment, and finding a cure for Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and Nephrotic Syndrome.
