Located in the alley between Calle Revolucion and Calle Mariscal, El Tiburon offers a blend of American, Italian, and Mexican cuisines complemented by a full bar featuring inventive margaritas, craft cocktails, and classics such as espresso martinis, Negronis, boulevardier, a selection of fine bourbons and whiskeys as well as finely curated mezcal and tequila. Food offerings include a raw bar featuring seasonal fresh caught oysters, ceviches, and aguachiles; tuna poke; wagyu smash burger; fried chicken sandwich; salads, pastas, steak frites, birria, fish tacos, and more. Open 4pm til 10pm daily with Happy hour from 4pm to 6pm. Walk ins welcome, reservations via open table.
