Its founder, Rafael Castro Montes de Oca, AIA, LEED-AP, has 25 years of experience in the design, development, and project observation of projects in the public and private sector. His professional experience includes designing and participating in projects of great social importance in the Caribbean Region for the U.S. Federal Government and more than 25 Fortune 500 companies.
