Aqua Fitness is a Core Training Studio that combines exercises and water sports, providing a unique approach to wellness. Located in Condado, Puerto Rico, we offer Paddle Board rentals, Kayak Rentals and much more. If its your first time, we give you a brief lesson before going out on the water. In our beautiful lagoon you will discover manatee, sea turtles, sting ray and much more.
Classes offered are: Real Ryder Cycling, SUP Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, Paddle Core and personal training sessions.
