Located in San Juan, Orujo serves a seasonal multi-course menu priced at $175 per person, with optional curated wine pairings starting at $110. Every service is a creative journey with no fixed menu, based on the day’s best local ingredients—rooted in sustainability, heritage, and innovation. Recognized by the James Beard Foundation, Orujo invites adventurous diners to experience a deeper connection to food, memory, and identity. Expect approximately 3.5 to 4 hours of storytelling through cuisine. Reservations are required.
