Santurce Q&A

My grandmother is in Carolina and I'm trying to find a printed newspaper that delivers to her house. I've checked all the usual ones (Vocero, Metro, San Juan Star) but it seems none of them deliver.

I live in Santurce and I've noticed that the newspaper kiosks on Calle de la Estación no longer sell printed newspapers at 6am. I'm curious to know why this change was made, especially considering that a large portion of the population in Puerto Rico are older adults who might be more likely to buy printed newspapers. Is it because they've lost money on printing costs, or because they think there's no demand among older adults?

One is a full remote position with a local company, paying well and allowing me to work with colleagues from Puerto Rico. The other is an on-site position with a US company, paying 10% more but requiring me to rent or commute daily to the metropolitan area and work with teams from the US and India.

I've been noticing that my orders from Amazon take a lot longer to process and ship to Puerto Rico than they do to the mainland. I've downloaded my order history and compared the dates, and it seems like the processing gap is substantial. I pay the same Prime membership price as people on the mainland, and I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue.
