Nuestra filosofía:
“No debería haber maltrato animal alguno y que los que hay deberían tener una vida feliz y plena”.
Buscamos un aprendizaje continuo de nuestra cocina, aprendiendo de cada día y formándonos todas y cada una de las veces que nos sea posible para, nunca mejor dicho, enriquecer nuestras elaboraciones. Detrás de nuestras comidas nos gustaría aportar nuestro granito a, lo que pensamos, debería ser un cambio a nivel mundial de la dieta diaria de las personas. Basada en verduras, frutas, legumbres siendo ésta una forma diferente de consumir, comprometida y ética, que excluye los productos surgidos de la explotación animal.
