Vegueta's Annual Collection Fair Brings Memories to Life
The Plaza de Santo Domingo in Vegueta transformed into a living museum this Saturday, hosting the 17th edition of the XVII Feria de Colecciones. The fair brings together collectors and vendors who have made the search for unique items a way to preserve memories. The event showcases a variety of collectibles, from old coins and currency to plastic figures and model cars.

The fair attracts enthusiasts who have dedicated their lives to acquiring and showcasing these items. Visitors can marvel at collections of coins and currency dating back centuries, as well as interactive exhibits featuring plastic toy figures and miniature vehicles.
This year, the fair included a wide array of collectibles, including ancient coins, old banknotes, plastic models, and vintage toys. The event provided a unique platform for collectors to share their experiences and for new enthusiasts to learn about the hobby.
The fair's success lies in its ability to transform a community space into a dynamic showcase of history, nostalgia, and personal collection history, making it a significant event for both collectors and visitors alike.
