San Miguel de Allende’s 2026–27 Season of Ideas Packed with Speakers
San Miguel de Allende is gearing up for its next big cultural event, the 2026-27 “Season of Ideas.” The organizers have just unveiled the lineup of speakers who will be sharing their insights and expertise over the coming months.
For expats and digital nomads like myself, who call this charming town home, the Season of Ideas is a significant event. It provides a chance to engage with some of the brightest minds in various fields, from technology to the arts, all while enjoying the laid-back vibe of San Miguel.
The season kicks off in October with a series of talks by tech innovators, followed by a focus on environmental sustainability in November. December brings a spotlight on global health challenges, and January wraps things up with sessions on social entrepreneurship.
For those of us in the low season, this is a much-needed boost to the local economy and cultural calendar. The high season, of course, is when the town really comes alive, with more visitors and events. But the Season of Ideas adds a layer of depth and variety that makes San Miguel a standout destination year-round.
