I'm considering a bar or an eatery serving hot snacks late at night, and I'd like to know if the market is ready for such a business.

While areas like Pub Street, Sok San Road, and Wat Bo are highly competitive, venturing into these areas may be essential to drawing in walk-in customers.

Running a bar is hard work, and it's not worth it if you're going to lose money each month or break even. Many expats have opened bars and shut them down after six months due to financial struggles.
