Why is it so hard to get a job at AdventHealth?

I've been applying to non-clinical roles at AdventHealth for a while now, and I'm having a tough time getting hired. I have a bachelor's degree and years of experience working at a doctor's office. I've also applied to other places, but I'm really interested in working at AdventHealth.

I've been getting recruitment emails for their surgical team, but I'm not a doctor. I'm not sure if that's related to the difficulty in getting hired.

I've been getting those emails too, but for Labor and Delivery. It's weird.

I've applied to a ton of jobs, but they just sell my data and aren't even hiring. It's frustrating.

Everyone I know who took a non-clinical position at Advent left within a year to go back to Orlando Health or private practice.

I used to work at FH, which is what Advent was before, and their HR is completely incompetent. They just don't fire people, they send them to HR instead.

I applied for a role recently and was rejected in less than 24 hours. However, I was quickly hired by another company, so it's not the end of the world.
